Sara I also find the weekends more difficult. I haven't caved, but I find that I eat alot more on the weekends trying to satisfy that feeling of missing something. I had a rough weekend this weekend. Lots of craves, although I didn't smoke. I just keep telling myself as much as I want one, I CAN'T HAVE ONE, not ever again. I agree with Spunkie, you just have to get tough with yourself and just keep telling yourself NO, I will not smoke again. I like to use sugar free gum, it keeps my mouth busy, I have found that a strong flavor like peppermint works best for me. You just have to keep experimenting till you find the thing that gets you through without smoking. Good luck!
