Don't feel bad Ali. I guess I could be guilty of the same thing. My morning was he** and I was talking to a friend who was smoking and although I didn't ask for a drag I really wanted too. Did inhale some of the smoke off it though. Didn't help the stress level. Got a lozenge in my mouth right now. They work pretty good at taking the edge off.

Ok, heres a positive thought for the day . I am positively thankful that there are numerous over the counter medications to combat and off set the side effects of quitting smoking (grin) ... 🙂

I was looking at some books at the store. I came  across a book that had positive quotes in it. One for each day of the year. Just out of curiosity I looked up the quote for today's date. It said "Tact is the ability to make a point without making an enemy." How weird is that, lol.

I actually own one of those books. I had to go looking but found it.

The one I have says for today : At least 10 times every day affirm, "I expect the best and with help will attain the best".

Hi All!!, I hope everyone is doing well and having a good day!  Congratulations James on your 100 day milestone!!  It feels good to get certain days, weeks, months under our belts!  Breakinthechains has over a year and that wil be one happy day  for me I know!!  I like your quote Break - very good!!  I love quotes because they can teach us so much sometimes. 

Royann, I'm glad things worked out in a positive way for you!!  : o )  From reading your blog I just wanted to tell you I admire what you are taking on quitting the "Chardonnay" and smoking at once!  It would take strength and determination for certain!!  I hope you get some sun and warmth your way soon!   Just think Royann ,,,, my husband is retired now (he is here at the house every second of every day)  well a few exceptions - but I'm adjusting ,,,,,,,,sort of,,,,,kind of ??!!
