Marilyn, I needed to hear that , thank you!! I still want a sicarette and I’m over a year quit. Sometimes I think that a sicarette would taste good and what the hell!! But then I think what it has done to my lungs and my breathing, and I’m saving $12.00 a day each and every day! (That adds up to $4,380.00 that I am saving a year) ..... then I come back to my senses and am soooo thankful that I’ve quit this nasty disease . But I REALLY NEEDED TO HEAR THAT RIGHT NOW!!!!!!! I’m not craving anymore but I still want one. So thank you!!

This is one hell of an addiction and no matter where we are in our quits this addiction is going to try to pull us back into the throes of slavery but thankfully we know better so we'll stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance N.M.W, you are doing super fantastic with your awesome quit journey YAY for Smokefree living and YAY for each and every Day WON with many more to come.  BobKatt22

Gail  I think that's a great learning experience for you grandchildren it sounds enjoyable.  Somewhat jealous of the fishing part of it by the way nice looking largemouth.   Are you getting a Rooster to run the Hen House
