@DebbieVal3 I had a much easier time after week 3. But everybody is different. I'm sorry you are having a difficult time.  You are in "hellweek" it is rough for most people. Next week is "heck week" and things will not be as hard. What are you doing to cope?

Sucking on a lot of blow pops and just trying to keep my mind as occupied as I can. It isn’t easy though.

@DebbieVal3 Glad you posted. Please do not smoke-even though you want to. Starting over with day 1 is harder than keeping the quit you have now going. Hang in there!❤️

I don’t plan on giving in and going back to vaping. Yes I feel the urge so bad to do it but I’m fighting it and thinking of my long goals of freeing myself from this enslavement I was in cause of the vape. Not planning on going backwards only forwards. Thanks for the support.

@DebbieVal3 Hang in there.  One day at a time will lead to success.  Stay busy.  If can, go for a walk.  I would take short one's throughout the day when a crave it.  It helps to refocus your thinking and your get an added boost of dopamine.

Stay close.

I absolutely am not going to give in to the urges. I’m wearing a patch now to help me with my withdrawal symptoms. They were getting pretty intense. So far, I can say that the patch is doing it’s job. Thanks for your support.
