Don't feel bad Ali. I guess I could be guilty of the same thing. My morning was he** and I was talking to a friend who was smoking and although I didn't ask for a drag I really wanted too. Did inhale some of the smoke off it though. Didn't help the stress level. Got a lozenge in my mouth right now. They work pretty good at taking the edge off.

    Surprisingly, I haven't done hardly any  coughing since I quit. When I smoked, I would cough  all winter long, and some in the summer but not as bad. But since I quit the cough  just  hasn't  been  there. Just lucky I guess. I've got plenty of other problems, but not coughing, lol.

Positive.... there is nothing more positive than when my dad told me on our nightly phone call how proud he was of me for keeping my quit..... I cannot remember the last time he told me how proud he was of me.  Made my day!!  He is the tough love kind.  Last year for Christmas I told him that all I wanted for Christmas was for him to tell me that he loved me rather than saying yeah right which was his signature that meant I love you for years but was not the same words.  Since then he tells me every time we talk that he loves me which is every day when I call him.  A year later and I never tire of hearing it!!!  tell someone you love how proud you of them today !  It really makes you feel good.

Hi everyone!  I love this new group,,,,,,, Thanks Breakinthechains!!!   Last night around 11:30 pm I came on here to send an email to you Break and all of a sudden the website shut down for upgrades!!!!  Frustrating,,, I'm not sure if you got my pm but when I sent it ,,,,that is when it happened.   This morning I had alot of trouble navigating and things are different???  Is anyone else having problems???  Royann -  I loved your blog last night,,, I wanted to comment but couldn't - I hope today is sunny and warmer for you!!   I will check back later everyone - wishing you all a Happy  Easter!!

People I've got flowers on the brain today so hubby and I are off to Home Depot this morning.  He always needs something from HD and I need FLOWERS for my planters by front walkway.  I wanted to take a few minutes to wish you all Happy Easter and here's to another smoke free day for us all!  We are all amazing people and isn't it grand we found each other here?  Isn't life grand?  Yea I'm giddy this morning...I hope my atitude is contagious, hehehehe

Good morning all,

   Debi, I was online last night late when they  were doing the maintenance to the site. I did get your message. Stayed up a little late last night watching "The Ten Commandments" on ABC. Still a good  show after all these years. It was filmed in 1956! Happy Easter everyone. I hope if you have kids you are hunting for eggs right now, lol. Beautiful day here, sunny and about 60 degrees.

     I have been getting a few questions about "the rules" for this group. I don't know that that is entirely up to me but since I started the group, and people are asking, I have told them that it is OK to  vent, to get mad at the world. The main thing  here is that we DO NOT ATTACK EACH OTHER. What I would also like to see is  that if by chance someone  is offended, which will likely happen, because people are only  human. Have the  courage to APOLOGIZE, rather than sending more messages that only fan the flames even more. Hope that is OK with everyone.

  Oh, and feel free to  invite your friends, we can always  use more members. I would ask that you use a little caution  here. If they are the tough love or negative types, like a few of mine, then probably should  not invite.  There's just one rule,  BE NICE. : )

Hope everybodys doing good today it's ok here today,, one of those days ,, Sun comes out then overcast back and forth. Don't want  it to rain on the little ones huntin today.
